Yes, friends, I finally wrote a book. I’m thrilled, I’m proud, I can’t believe it’s been released to the world.

What’s this book about?

It’s about actual parenting.

It’s about finding both the joy and humor in parenthood.

It’s about raising real life kids in today’s world. My book was written to share applicable, actual advice in the same voice, manner, and style that I’ve shared with you on Instagram. There’s parenting ideas, educational insights, examples and anecdotes from my life, and my activities too – I poured my heart and soul into writing this, and what an honor to have this opportunity.
